As an EU citizen living in Jundrov, you have the right to vote in the municipal elections on 9–10 October.
To vote, simply visit the Jundrov District Office (Veslařská 67) and ask to be added to the electoral register. The deadline is 29 September, but we recommend taking care of it at the beginning of September.
Voting is your right, not your obligation. But if you don’t vote, others will decide for you.

Registration of a citizen of another EU member state in the electoral roll for municipal council elections
If a citizen of another European Union member state, who reaches the age of at least 18 at latest on the second day of the elections and is registered for permanent or temporary residence in the territory of the Municipal District of Brno – Jundrov, wishes to vote in the elections to the Municipal District Assembly of Brno – Jundrov and the City of Brno Assembly, they must be registered in the addendum to the permanent electoral roll maintained by the Municipal District of Brno – Jundrov.
The applicant has to submit the application in writing or in person, the application must specifically mention that they are requesting registration in the electoral roll for municipal council elections. The law does not regulate the form or particulars of the application, but the applicant must state at least: name, surname, date of birth, citizenship, and the address of permanent or temporary residence, and substantiate these facts with authorized documents (passport, certificate of temporary or permanent residence permit, etc.).
A voter who is a citizen of another EU state and who applied for registration in the electoral roll during past elections and has not requested removal from this roll since then does not need to apply again. If a voter applied for registration in the addendum to the electoral roll and changed their permanent residence, the data will be automatically transferred to the new residence.
Every voter can verify at the relevant office according to their permanent or temporary residence whether or not they are registered in the addendum to the permanent electoral roll. Applications for registration in the addendum to the permanent electoral roll maintained by the Municipal District Office of Brno – Jundrov can be submitted:
